As a professional and spiritual accompanier, I hold a particular concern for the interiority and wellbeing of leaders exercising leadership. Executive coaching and accompaniment is vital and relevant work in service of senior leaders in the Catholic Church in order to support and sustain our faith, communal discernment, synodality, and the Body of Christ.

Executive coaching is sacred and intimate work. It is a professional, trusted, confidential, and strategic partnership.  At its best, executive coaching deepens the learning and forwards the action of the leader so that the process and the outcomes are practical, relevant, and actionable. Executive coaching illuminates the habits of thoughts that lead to patterns of action.

My accompaniment approach reflects a commitment to right relationship, the heart of the matter, and the evocative method of deep listening, powerful questions, and presence. As a seasoned professionally trained executive coach and spiritual director, the wholeness of the human experience is engaged and embraced through the lens or pathway of leadership.  La Storta has a unique and particular focus on partnering with leaders of faith-based organizations to accomplish both their goals and the goals of their ministries.  

As a member of the Discerning Leadership Accompaniment Network, I partner with spiritual directors and professional coaches to support senior Church leaders and teams to integrate personal and communal discernment into their leadership practice.
